                    <description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Customer Support Admin who will serve as the bridge between our platform and our users (event organizers, businesses, and customers).<br />
You will be responsible for client communication, onboarding, support, and relationship management, ensuring a smooth experience across both Ayatickets and AyaBookings.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Client Communication &amp; Support</strong><br />
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media<br />
•Assist users with ticket purchases, bookings, and platform navigation<br />
•Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally<br />
•Provide real-time support during live events and booking periods</p>
<p><strong>Client Onboarding &amp; Relationship Management</strong><br />
•Onboard new event organizers and businesses onto the platforms<br />
•Guide clients on how to use Ayatickets and AyaBookings effectively<br />
•Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients<br />
•Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention<br />
•Platform Administration<br />
•Help upload and manage events on Ayatickets<br />
•Assist businesses in setting up booking schedules on AyaBookings<br />
•Monitor ticket sales and booking activity<br />
•Ensure event and booking details are accurate and up to date</p>
<p><strong>Operational Support</strong><br />
•Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, sales)<br />
•Track and report customer feedback and common issues<br />
•Support event-day operations when necessary<br />
•Assist in improving customer experience processes</p>
<p><strong>Sales &amp; Growth Support</strong><br />
•Identify opportunities to upsell or onboard new clients<br />
•Educate clients on additional features (USSD, analytics, etc.)<br />
•Encourage adoption of digital ticketing and booking tools<br />
Skills &amp; Qualifications<br />
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills<br />
•Excellent problem-solving ability<br />
•Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms<br />
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment<br />
•Good organizational and time management skills</p>
<p>Experience<br />
•Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or admin roles is a plus<br />
•Experience in events, hospitality, or tech platforms is an advantage.</p>
