Position: Cook
Location: Accra Oyarifa (after 6)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our food unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare kenkey accompaniments such as shito, okra stew, beans, pork, fish, and other menu items
• Follow company recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage ingredient stock and minimize waste
• Meet daily production targets
• Package food items for dispatch
• Follow all safety protocols
• Keep accurate records of daily production and ingredients used

Production Manager & Head of Delivery/Dispatch
