🟣 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day privacy operations, including staff privacy notices, consent processes, and monitoring how personal data is handled.
• Maintain and review Records of Processing (RoPs) in OneTrust for both Controllers and Processors across local and global teams.
• Lead privacy compliance for client contracts and manage vendor due-diligence reviews in partnership with Legal, Sales/Account Managers, Procurement, and Business Development.
• Implement and monitor the Global Compliance Framework and ensure alignment with GDPR, Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), and local data protection regulations.
• Support audits, privacy and compliance training, and provide reporting metrics.
• Run the Risk Management Framework — conduct risk assessments, maintain risk registers, review controls, manage mitigation plans, and report to the Global Risk Team while building a strong risk-aware culture.

🟣 Required Competencies

• Strong integrity and commitment to compliance, with prior experience in risk, compliance, or privacy.
• Practical knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations — with a relevant certification or willingness to obtain one within six months.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills for problem solving and risk evaluation.The PRCO is responsible for running and overseeing global privacy, risk, and compliance programs within the country or subsidiary. The role supports local management and also reports to regional/global privacy, risk, and compliance leaders.
