Shinestar Ghana is a diversified manufacturing company with core businesses in tissue paper, precision plastics, eco-friendly paints, and frozen beverages. As we expand our Coatings Division, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Kumasi.

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of eco-friendly paints and coatings to contractors, builders, hardware stores, and retail customers in Kumasi and surrounding areas. This is an entry-level to mid-level position suitable for candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential customers including construction sites, hardware shops, and painting contractors in Kumasi

Present and demonstrate our paint products, highlighting quality, durability, and environmental benefits

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager

Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports

Participate in promotional events and product training sessions

Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in sales (any industry) is a plus but not required; fresh candidates with strong motivation are welcome

Basic knowledge of paints, coatings, or construction materials is an advantage

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and travel locally within Kumasi as needed

Honest and reliable

Willing to follow company rules and regulations

Self-motivated and eager to improve
