As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our digital content presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. We are therefore seeking a creative and motivated Video Content Intern to help produce engaging “How-To” tutorial videos that educate users on how to use the GhanaCareers platform.

Role Overview

The Video Content Intern will support the GhanaCareers team by creating short, engaging, and easy-to-understand tutorial videos and social media content. These videos will help job seekers learn how to use GhanaCareers effectively and increase engagement across our social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategy, or video production.

Key Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for:

• Creating short “How-To” tutorial videos demonstrating how to use features on GhanaCareers.

• Recording screen tutorials on various subjects.

• Editing videos for platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.

• Adding captions, highlights, and visual cues to make tutorials easy to follow.

• Developing creative video ideas that attract job seekers and increase engagement.

• Monitoring performance of published videos and suggesting improvements.

• Assisting with the planning of content calendars for social media posts.

• Ensuring all videos align with the GhanaCareers brand and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong interest in video content creation, social media, or digital marketing

• Is familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Has basic experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Filmora, or similar

• Can create clear and engaging screen tutorial videos

• Has good communication and storytelling skills

• Is creative, proactive, and willing to learn

• Has basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
