The Vaultz Media is seeking a highly creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Officer to join its growing team in Accra. The ideal candidate must be passionate about digital media, content creation, branding, and audience engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphic content, managing the company’s social media platforms, publishing engaging content consistently, and supporting the growth of the brand’s online presence across multiple digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who works well under pressure, understands current social media trends, and can produce high-quality creative content within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Design attractive and engaging graphic post cards, banners, flyers, social media creatives, and promotional materials
• Create visual content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing campaigns
• Edit images and basic video content for social media use
• Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and messaging across all platforms

Social Media Management

• Manage and monitor the company’s social media pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Schedule and publish content regularly across all digital channels
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally and promptly
• Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas

Digital Marketing & Audience Growth

• Support audience engagement and follower growth initiatives
• Assist with social media campaigns, promotions, and online visibility strategies
• Track content performance and prepare simple engagement reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing ideas

Qualification & Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media management
• Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar creative tools
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
