Carpenter Needed – Construction & Interior Works

A reputable company in Accra is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join its construction and project team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in carpentry works, measurements, material estimation, and site-based project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Take accurate site measurements for carpentry and construction works
Prepare drawings, sketches, and basic work plans for proposed projects
Source and recommend suitable materials for assigned jobs
Prepare cost estimates and material quantities
Carry out carpentry installation, repairs, and finishing works
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress of ongoing works
Work closely with supervisors, engineers, artisans, and other construction workers
Ensure all works meet safety and quality standards
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter or related construction role
Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings
Good knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and finishing techniques
Strong practical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Technical training or vocational certification in Carpentry/Woodwork is an advantage
Must be reliable, disciplined, and physically fit for site work

Salary

GHS 2,800 – 3,600 Monthly
