The Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable GTM & Growth Assistant to support our go-to-market efforts. You will work closely with the founding team to help drive user acquisition, support sales activities, and execute marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn quickly and contribute directly to how we grow.

What You Will Do

• Support go-to-market strategy and execution
• Assist with lead generation and outreach
• Send and respond to marketing and sales emails
• Manage and nurture leads using email and CRM tools
• Assist with content creation (social media, slides, one-pagers)
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support leadership with day-to-day growth and operational tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar
• Good email communication skills (both sending and responding)
• Basic sales or marketing experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Based in Ghana
• University student, recent graduate, or part-time worker
• Must have a laptop/device and reliable internet
