Job Summary

Delight Supermarket, a growing retail trading shop in Lawra, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Sales Person to support daily shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products, assisting customers, managing basic logistics, and ensuring the shop is well-organized and adequately stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and professionally.
• Sell provisions and household items to customers.
• Receive, arrange, and display goods neatly on shelves.
• Assist with basic logistics, including moving and organizing stock.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or out-of-stock items.
• Handle cash and mobile money transactions accurately.
• Keep the shop environment clean, organized, and attractive to customers.
• Support the shop owner with daily operational tasks.
• Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Basic education or Senior High School Certificate (preferred).
• Previous experience in a provisions shop, supermarket, or retail store is an advantage.
• Must be honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work long hours when required.
• Must live in or around Lawra or be willing to relocate.
