Nova Enterprise is seeking reliable and customer-focused Delivery Riders/Drivers to join our growing team in Accra. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering products to customers efficiently, safely, and on time.

This role is ideal for individuals who are confident riders or drivers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers promptly and accurately
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of items
• Plan efficient delivery routes within Accra
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and payments (where applicable)
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to ride a motorbike and/or drive a car (automatic transmission preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (where applicable)
• Good knowledge of Accra roads and locations
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to handle delivery tasks
