Job Summary

Greenwood Supply Services (GSS) is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales / Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales execution with strategic marketing initiatives to promote the company’s products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Promote company products through digital marketing, field visits, and client presentations
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on targets, pipelines, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
  • Support branding, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance market visibility

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition to delivery, in line with company policies
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
  • Lead price negotiations and contract discussions to secure the best value for the company
  • Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, supplier agreements, and pricing
