Job Description

GIZ seeks an M&E Specialist to support monitoring, evaluation, research and learning for the PAIReD project. You’ll design and implement MEL plans, coordinate data collection and quality assurance, synthesize findings to inform adaptive management, and prepare donor-quality reports. The role collaborates with technical teams and partners to ensure indicators, baselines and targets are robust, and that evidence informs decision-making and policy dialogue. Requirements include strong quantitative/qualitative methods, proficiency with MEL tools and data systems, excellent writing and presentation skills, and experience in donor-funded programs in Ghana.
