Job Summary

Cyber and Energy Engineering Technology (CEET) is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to support the growth of its executive education programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting participants for executive training programs, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients and professionals, and driving enrollment for CEET programs.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to identify market opportunities and convert them into business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified participants and invitees for CEET executive education programs and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Promote CEET programs through networking, outreach, and direct engagement with potential participants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase program enrollment and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for executive education programs.
  • Represent CEET at networking events, professional gatherings, and industry forums.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and track engagement with potential participants.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve program visibility and market reach.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support program development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
