Job Description
A growing real estate company is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to promote and sell property developments in Accra. The selected candidate will represent the company to prospective clients and support them throughout the sales process until closing.
Responsibilities
- Present real estate properties to potential buyers
- Promote company listings through marketing activities and client outreach
- Follow up with prospective buyers and assist in closing sales transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence when interacting with clients
- Sales experience is an advantage but not required
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Compensation
- Base salary plus commission on sales
- Performance incentives based on sales results
