Job Summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a highly organized Customer Service / Data Entry Officer to support daily operations through accurate data management and responsive customer communication. The successful candidate will handle data entry tasks, manage email correspondence, and assist with administrative support while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture, update, and maintain data within internal systems.

  • Review information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Manage and organize email communications using Microsoft Outlook.

  • Maintain spreadsheets and track information using Microsoft Excel.

  • Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as required.

  • Identify discrepancies in data and resolve basic issues independently.

  • Maintain organized digital records and follow company procedures.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate systems using practical judgment.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with clear communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
