Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Storekeeper to manage inventory and support field operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock management, maintain proper records, and contribute to efficient operations across our plantation sites. This role requires attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work in a field environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record, count, and track stock and work units.

  • Maintain organized stock records, time sheets, and task registers.

  • Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and report promptly to management.

  • Support field operations by handling basic store materials safely and efficiently.

  • Prepare and submit daily records, roll calls, and reports on time.

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors, workers, and management regarding stock levels and site activities.

  • Take responsibility for all items in stock and ensure proper usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or HND in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or related roles; experience in field operations is an advantage.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for record keeping and reporting.

  • Ability to maintain accurate stock records, time sheets, and documentation.

  • Ability to work in a field environment and handle basic store materials.

  • Valid National ID card and Health Insurance.

  • Completed National Service with certificate.

  • Accuracy in recording stock movements, workers’ attendance, and tasks performed.

  • High integrity when handling company materials and records.

  • Organizational skills for maintaining stock items, records, and documentation.

  • Clear and professional communication with supervisors, workers, and management.

  • Timely completion of daily reports and records.

  • Proactive identification of stock shortages and operational issues.

  • Collaborative approach to working with supervisors, workers, and other departments.

  • Accountability for all items kept in stock and ensuring proper usage.
