Employers and Recruiters

Employers and recruiters can post jobs and receive hundreds of applications, shortlist candidates using the online tools or simply download the applications in CSV format and use Excel or any spreadsheet to filter the applications. The CSV applications export option is quite effective and reduces screening time by 90% or more. In addition, employers can include pre-screening questions in the job posting stage so that candidates will respond as part of the application process.
