Job Summary

Clean Eats is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to support daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions

• Support daily accounting operations, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries

• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Support audits and provide required financial information when needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles

• Ability to support and manage daily financial operations effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferred)

• Good communication and teamwork skills
