Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and content strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across digital and social media platforms
  • Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to improve future strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to audience engagement in a timely manner

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience in branding, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation, scheduling, campaign development, and social media management
  • Experience in market research, content marketing, and data analysis

Additional Requirement

  • Applicants must reside within or around the Ga East Municipality

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrate strong creativity and storytelling abilities
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Show proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
  • Analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Maintain attention to detail and a strong sense of brand consistency
