Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and maintain a positive and welcoming work environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, uphold standards, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and productive work environment
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Assist in resolving workplace issues and operational challenges
• Coordinate schedules and manage workflow effectively
• Report on team performance and operational progress to management

Requirements

• Degree or HND in a relevant field
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
• Must possess a valid Ghana Card
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous supervisory or related experience is an added advantage
