Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pasteurizer Operator to manage and monitor pasteurization processes within our production facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product safety, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment to ensure proper processing of dairy products.
• Maintain accurate records of temperatures, processing times, and production activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and output.
