Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Milk Receiver & Raw Material Receiver to manage the intake of milk and other raw materials. The successful candidate will ensure that all incoming materials meet quality standards and are properly handled, recorded, and stored to support efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming milk and raw materials to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Conduct basic quality checks such as temperature, appearance, and documentation verification
• Record and maintain accurate logs of all received materials
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transfer of raw materials to designated areas
• Identify and report any quality issues or discrepancies in deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the receiving area
• Follow food safety, health, and safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in inventory tracking and stock management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or relevant training in food science, agriculture, or a related field
• Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of raw material handling and food safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
