Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and organized Assistant Manager (Floor Supervisor) to join our Accra team. You will oversee daily store operations, support the sales team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and product displays to maintain a visually appealing environment.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in planning and executing store promotions, events, and campaigns.
• Support management in operational tasks, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Uphold company standards for safety, hygiene, and customer service excellence.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
