Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead and oversee our nursing teams. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, foster a positive work environment, and drive operational excellence across clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and effective teamwork.
  • Oversee patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service efficiency.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse, Public Health Nurse, or Midwife.
  • Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ghana.
  • Possession of relevant certificates and strong professional references.
