Job Description
Supervisor needed at a reputable company.
Location: Tema community 12, Accra, Ghana
Responsibilities:
- Plan and perform routine inspections, lubrication and cleaning of pumps, motors and other equipments
- Inspect, diagnose and perform major and minor repair work on various pump types
- Reviewing farming practices to make sure that they meet regulatory standards requirements
- Assist in the installation and alignment of new or repaired pump sets and motor assemblies and conduct performance tests to verify effectiveness
- Over see daily operations and keep appropriate records
- Must be willing to perform other tasks assigned
Minimum Qualification:
- Must have at least an HND from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge about salt production is an advantage
Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
- High level of accuracy
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Extremely organized and discreet when dealing with confidential information
