Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide guidance on health products, supplements, and wellness items.
• Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and organized.
• Monitor product expiry dates.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product demand.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or equivalent (certificate in health/nutrition is an advantage).
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
