Job Summary

We are seeking results-driven B2B Sales Executives to actively identify, engage, and close high-value deals within the construction sector. This is a field-based role suited for individuals who thrive outside the office, enjoy meeting clients, and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage construction companies, real estate developers, and contractors
  • Visit hardware shops and distributors to build strong business relationships
  • Generate, negotiate, and close bulk purchase orders
  • Secure prepaid supply contracts with clients
  • Drive sales growth through proactive field engagement (this is not an office-based role)

Qualifications & Experience

  • SHS, HND, or Degree holders are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
  • Demonstrate strong confidence and persuasive communication skills
  • Show willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly
  • Exhibit a target-driven mindset with a strong work ethic

Salary & Commission

  • Base Salary: GHS 1,500 per month
  • Commission: Earn GHS 8,000 per closed deal
