Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with business and production goals
- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Drive performance management systems, employee discipline, and workforce productivity
- Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development for both plant and office staff
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Promote a strong health, safety, and workplace culture within the plant environment
- Partner with leadership to build a results-oriented, accountable, and engaged workforce
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably within manufacturing or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
