About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (Digital Marketing & Creative Support) to support senior leadership while driving key marketing and content initiatives.

This hybrid role is ideal for a multiskilled professional who can seamlessly combine administrative excellence with creative execution, from managing schedules to producing engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and update social media platforms (content scheduling & engagement)
  • Support email marketing and basic CRM activities
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple analytics reports

Creative & Content Production

  • Design marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, banners, presentations)
  • Edit short-form videos for social media and promotional use
  • Assist in content creation (captions, blog drafts, newsletters)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as:
    • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
    • Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
    • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, analytics is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
