Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that support analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Data Pipelines: Develop robust pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources efficiently and reliably.
  • Design Data Models: Create scalable, business-ready data structures that support analytics, BI, and AI use cases.
  • Ensure Data Governance and Quality: Enforce data standards, monitor reliability, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement version control, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to improve performance and stability.
  • Adopt Future-Oriented Practices: Explore and implement modern data engineering approaches, including AI-assisted tools and automation.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate at least 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or BI roles.
  • Show strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Possess hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Understand ETL/ELT processes and data warehouse/lake house architectures.
  • Have experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or similar platforms.
  • Be familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and data quality validation practices.
  • Exposure to Spark or Data bricksis an advantage.
  • Exhibit strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.
