We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will actively support and drive sales operations, strengthen pipeline management, and ensure disciplined execution of sales processes in line with company standards.


Job Purpose

You will manage sales operations, support business forecasting, and ensure strong governance across sales processes while contributing to the achievement of commercial targets.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Own and drive sales processes while ensuring full adherence to company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Manage sales data, pipeline quality, and forecasting activities, providing actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and implement measures to strengthen pipeline health and conversion effectiveness.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on decisions and action items.
  • Support the management of major sales projects, including initiation, analysis sessions, risk identification, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the interface for enterprise sales systems, ensuring compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and contribute to continuous improvement in sales operations efficiency.
  • Perform additional assigned duties in support of sales and business operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Professional Knowledge

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, ICT, Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales operations or a related role within the ICT industry.
  • Proven experience in sales process management, reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen and sales forecasting expertise.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
