Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cake Baker to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will prepare and bake cakes to high standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes in line with company recipes and quality standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency
• Operate and maintain baking equipment, including industrial ovens
• Monitor baking processes to achieve optimal results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in cake baking
• Documented experience in baking cakes is required
• Ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, industrial ovens
• Culinary school certification is an added advantage
• Must reside near Accra Mall or surrounding areas
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work 23 days per month from the office
