Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will design and decorate cakes to a high standard, ensuring every product reflects our brand’s quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and company standards
• Use a variety of cake decorating tools and techniques effectively
• Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in all finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

• HND, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cake decorating or a similar role
• Strong ability to use various cake decorating instruments and tools
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended hours
• Willingness to work from the office 23 days per month
• Availability to work on Sundays and public holidays
