Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions
- Process orders accurately and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Communicate product and service information clearly to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Uphold the company’s standards for customer experience at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer service or customer support
- Excellent written and spoken English with clear and professional communication
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended hours when required
- Willingness to work from the office 23 days per month
- Availability to work on some weekends and public holidays
