Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will coordinate logistics operations, ensure timely deliveries, and optimize processes to support efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations
• Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Track orders and resolve any delivery issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Sound knowledge of shipping processes and logistics performance metrics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work 23 days per month from the office
