Job Summary

The Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership to support the Institute’s mission and operational goals. The role drives sound financial management, ensures regulatory compliance, and delivers data-driven insights that inform decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial direction that supports strategic decision-making.
• Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive efficiency, cost management, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Support leadership with accurate, timely, and data-driven financial insights.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage payroll administration and statutory obligations.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Hold a strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrate progression toward or completion of a professional qualification such as ICAG or ACCA.
• Possess 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exhibit solid knowledge of taxation, SSNIT, and financial reporting standards.
• Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
