Job Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Customer Support Admin who will serve as the bridge between our platform and our users (event organizers, businesses, and customers).
You will be responsible for client communication, onboarding, support, and relationship management, ensuring a smooth experience across both Ayatickets and AyaBookings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
•Assist users with ticket purchases, bookings, and platform navigation
•Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
•Provide real-time support during live events and booking periods

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management
•Onboard new event organizers and businesses onto the platforms
•Guide clients on how to use Ayatickets and AyaBookings effectively
•Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
•Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
•Platform Administration
•Help upload and manage events on Ayatickets
•Assist businesses in setting up booking schedules on AyaBookings
•Monitor ticket sales and booking activity
•Ensure event and booking details are accurate and up to date

Operational Support
•Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, sales)
•Track and report customer feedback and common issues
•Support event-day operations when necessary
•Assist in improving customer experience processes

Sales & Growth Support
•Identify opportunities to upsell or onboard new clients
•Educate clients on additional features (USSD, analytics, etc.)
•Encourage adoption of digital ticketing and booking tools
Skills & Qualifications
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent problem-solving ability
•Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
•Good organizational and time management skills

Experience
•Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or admin roles is a plus
•Experience in events, hospitality, or tech platforms is an advantage.
