Role Overview
Cool Guy AC Services seeks a detail-driven Accountant who will manage financial records, maintain accurate bookkeeping, and support effective financial reporting. You will actively ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial statements and routine management reports
- Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions
- Manage invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards
- Use Excel and accounting software to process and analyze financial data
Requirements
- Hold a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Possess 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Apply strong attention to detail and high accuracy in all work
- Use Microsoft Excel and accounting software effectively
- Reside in or near Adenta
