Role – Bread Baker

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Head – Bread Baker to join our growing bakery team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking high-quality bread and related products, ensuring consistency, taste, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs and bake a variety of bread products daily.
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery workspace.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to meet production targets.
• Innovate and introduce new bread recipes when required.

Employment Type

• Full-time (shift-based, including early mornings and evenings).
