Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Medicine Counter Assistant to join our team in Hohoe. The successful candidate will support pharmacy operations by assisting clients efficiently, ensuring accurate dispensing support, and maintaining a welcoming and organized counter environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly and professionally at the medicine counter
• Support the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
• Provide accurate information on prescribed and over-the-counter medications
• Maintain proper stock levels and ensure products are well arranged
• Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records where required
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the medicine counter area
• Uphold all health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming patient experience

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in a relevant field
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a similar role
