Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries while delivering a positive and professional customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and social media platforms
  • Provide accurate information about services and address client concerns effectively
  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage social media interactions and customer feedback
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

Qualification Required & Experience
