Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development and Marketing Officer to drive growth and expand market presence. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote innovative educational products and programmes, including Xplore Bot robotics kits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure training partnerships with schools, institutions, and organizations
• Promote Firefly programmes and Xplore Bot robotics kits to target markets
• Engage key stakeholders to drive adoption of products and services
• Support business growth initiatives and market expansion strategies
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Represent the company at events, presentations, and outreach activities
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or partnerships

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork and travel as required
• Experience working with schools or within the education sector is an advantage
