Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cinematographer to lead the visual storytelling of our brand through high-quality video production. The successful candidate will create a welcoming and visually engaging narrative that showcases our estate, lifestyle, and projects with cinematic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality cinematic video content for brand and marketing use
• Lead full pre-production processes including concept development, storyboarding, and shot planning
• Execute professional on-set cinematography using advanced camera techniques and cinematic lighting
• Capture engaging real estate, lifestyle, and promotional content (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Operate professional cinema equipment including Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar systems
• Manage drone cinematography to capture aerial and dynamic footage
• Oversee full post-production processes including editing, color grading, sound synchronization, and final delivery
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
• Maintain and manage video equipment and production tools
• Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve visual storytelling quality

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or HND in Film Production, Cinematography, Media Studies, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience in cinematography or video production
• Strong professional portfolio demonstrating high-quality cinematic work
• Skilled in cinematic lighting, composition, and camera movement
• Strong experience in managing end-to-end production workflows
• Proficiency in Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar cinema cameras
• Experience in drone cinematography is required
• Strong proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects)
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and storytelling ability
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
