Job Summary

The company seeks an experienced Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize transport and fleet operations. The successful candidate will coordinate daily activities, ensure efficient service delivery, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations and ensure smooth fleet coordination across all activities
• Monitor fleet performance and prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and service delivery
• Coordinate drivers and operators to ensure timely and reliable transportation services
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and coordinate recovery efforts to minimize disruptions
• Analyze breakdown trends and implement preventive maintenance strategies
• Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management
• Oversee equipment usage and implement measures to optimize vehicle performance
• Support operational planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant operational procedures, including ADNOC and CICPA requirements where applicable

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrate 7–8 years of experience in transport or logistics operations
• Show proven experience managing large fleets of 350+ vehicles
• Possess strong knowledge of ADNOC and CICPA procedures
• Demonstrate experience in coordinating drivers and transport operators
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Exhibit excellent organizational, coordination, and reporting skills
