Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate engaging creative club sessions for children.
• Support the delivery of structured learning and creative development activities.
• Coordinate effectively with schools, educators, and field teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Track attendance, participation, and learner progress across sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and support timely reporting and documentation of activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arts, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to manage field-based assignments and work across multiple locations.
• High level of organization, accountability, and enthusiasm for creative learning.
