About the Role
Acreaty Ghana Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Store & Parts Manager to join our team in Accra. In this role, you will manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of spare parts and materials to ensure smooth workshop and operational performance. You will maintain optimal inventory levels, strengthen stock accuracy, and support efficient procurement and supply processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials in line with operational needs
- Maintain optimal stock levels to support workshop and business operations
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements, including inflow and outflow records
- Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, usage trends, and procurement activities
- Identify, manage, and appropriately dispose of obsolete or damaged stock
- Source and procure quality automobile spare parts from approved and reliable vendors
- Maintain accurate inventory records using approved systems and tools
- Collaborate with workshop and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of parts
- Ensure compliance with internal stock control policies and procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory or store management, preferably in the automobile industry
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts and components
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and related software
- Strong skills in inventory control, stock management, and reporting
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
