Role Overview
Oceanview Apartments is seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Ads & Social Media Specialist who will lead our online marketing efforts and create a strong digital presence. The ideal candidate will actively manage advertising campaigns, drive high-quality leads, and build engaging social media experiences that reflect our premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage and scale large advertising budgets with a strong focus on performance and ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve conversions
  • Track and report key metrics including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
  • Create and manage engaging social media content aligned with brand identity
  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for property sales and rentals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a media buyer with at least 3 years managing large ad budgets, preferably for high-ticket or premium assets
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of performance metrics such as conversions, CTR, and ROAS
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach to work
  • Experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong communication and content planning skills
