Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the hospital premises.
• Patrol the facility regularly to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Enforce hospital policies and safety procedures.
• Assist staff and visitors with security-related concerns.
• Report and document all incidents accurately.

Requirements

• Must be young, energetic, and physically fit.
• Must reside within Kumasi or its immediate surroundings.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in emergencies.
