Job Summary:

A fast-growing retail business is looking for Sales Executives to join its team in Accra Mall and Osu branches. The role involves engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and promote products
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Support stock management and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum HND or Degree from a reputable institution
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Energetic and customer-focused

Salary:

GHS 2,200 – GHS 3,000 (base + commission)
