Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Prompt Engineer (Internal Trainer) to lead the adoption and effective use of AI tools across the organization. The successful candidate will design and deliver hands-on training programs, develop prompt engineering frameworks, and enable teams to integrate AI into their daily workflows.

You will play a key role in building internal AI capabilities, ensuring teams stay up to date with evolving technologies, and driving practical, high-impact use cases across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver practical, hands-on training sessions on AI prompt engineering
• Design prompt frameworks, templates, and usage guidelines for organization-wide adoption
• Assess team skill levels and tailor training programs to meet varying needs
• Create and maintain a centralized prompt library with best practices and examples
• Collaborate with department leads to identify and implement AI use cases
• Monitor updates in AI models and tools, ensuring the organization remains current
• Support teams in integrating AI into workflows to improve productivity and outcomes
• Demonstrate use cases through scripting and automation where applicable

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques such as Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and few-shot prompting
• Proven experience in training, coaching, or upskilling non-technical users on AI tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for demonstrations and automation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
